Slow Vinyasa Flow - In STUDIO class (mixed level) Description
In this class, yoga poses are linked in a slow, meditative and energising flow that highlight the relationship between movement and breath. The emphasis is both on finding a sense of stability and ease in the transitions from pose to pose and on building strength and focus through longer holds.
The slow pace of the class also allows students to adapt poses to best suit their anatomy and to tap in the more subtle elements of the practice.
As this is a mixed level class, some yoga experienced is recommended. Not suitable during pregnancy or if you have an injury.

In which we develop intuitive & psychic skills and clear the path for sacred energy to flow through us unlocking old behaviour and thought patterns and raising our level of consciousness in a profound and powerful way.
